MS Funding Alliance supports individuals living with chronic illnesses who are seeking emergency financial assistance or entrepreneurial support.

Pay the designated non-refundable maintenance fee associated with their selected program.

3. Maintenance Fees
To help sustain our operations and ensure continued support for chronic illness warriors, a small non-refundable maintenance fee is required when submitting requests for assistance.
These fees ($2 for emergency assistance requests and $5–$10 for grant or entrepreneurial resource programs) help cover:

Ongoing outreach and resource development.
Maintenance fees are not payments for funding approval and do not guarantee financial assistance. They exist solely to help keep the organization’s programs active and accessible.
4. Donations
All donations made to MS Funding Alliance are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations are used exclusively to support our nonprofit mission—providing emergency relief, grants, and entrepreneurial resources to individuals with chronic illnesses.
Each donor will receive a donation acknowledgment receipt suitable for tax reporting, as allowed by IRS regulations. Please consult your tax professional regarding the deductibility of your contribution.
5. Use of Website and Content
All website content—including text, graphics, downloads, and program materials—is owned by MS Funding Alliance and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
