MS Funding Alliance (“MSFA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a nonprofit organization recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our mission includes supporting eligible individuals living with chronic illness through financial-assistance programs, entrepreneurial resources, education, and access to external support resources.
The information presented on this website, including program descriptions, eligibility information, educational materials, and external-resource listings, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. MS Funding Alliance does not provide medical, legal, tax, or financial advice, and use of this website does not create a professional or advisory relationship.
Program descriptions do not constitute an offer, promise, or guarantee of assistance, approval, or funding. Eligibility and award decisions are subject to applicable program requirements, documentation review, available funding, and any additional terms provided during the application process.

Terms & Conditions - the basics
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the MS Funding Alliance website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the website.
Applications, donations, events, and other programs may be subject to additional terms, eligibility requirements, and policies presented at the time of participation. If additional terms conflict with these general Terms and Conditions, the program-specific terms will apply to that activity.
2. Program Eligibility
MS Funding Alliance develops financial-assistance and entrepreneurial grant programs for eligible individuals living with chronic illness in the United States. Eligibility requirements vary by program and will be provided when applications open.
To be considered for a program, applicants may be required to:
• Meet the eligibility requirements established for that program.
• Submit complete, current, and truthful information.
• Provide requested documentation by the stated deadline.
• Follow the application instructions and program-specific terms.
• Pay any applicable application fee disclosed before submission. The Emergency Assistance Program has no application fee.
Submitting an application, joining an interest list, providing documentation, or paying an applicable fee does not guarantee eligibility, approval, selection, or funding.
False, misleading, incomplete, or unverifiable information may result in an application being denied or removed from consideration and may affect eligibility for future MS Funding Alliance programs.
3. Application Fees
MS Funding Alliance does not charge an application fee for the Emergency Assistance Program.
When applications are open, the current application fees for our entrepreneurial grant programs are:
• Financial Resilience Microgrant Program: $15
• Growth Grant Program: $25
Application fees help support application processing, administrative review, program-related resources, and future program operations. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, application fees are non-refundable after an application is submitted, including when an application is incomplete, withdrawn, determined to be ineligible, or not selected for funding.
Payment of an application fee does not guarantee eligibility, approval, selection, funding, priority consideration, or faster processing. Application fees are not charitable donations and are not tax-deductible contributions. MS Funding Alliance will never require an additional payment to release an approved award.
Fee amounts may change for future application cycles. Any applicable fee will be disclosed before an applicant submits the application and payment.
4. Donations
Donations to MS Funding Alliance are voluntary and are used to further our charitable mission, including financial-assistance programs, entrepreneurial grants, program resources, outreach, and organizational operations supporting individuals living with chronic illness.
Unrestricted donations may be used where MS Funding Alliance determines they are most needed. Donations made through a designated campaign will be used in support of the purpose described by that campaign, subject to any additional campaign terms.
Donations are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered for duplicate transactions, processing errors, unauthorized transactions, or when otherwise required by law. Requests must be submitted promptly and will be reviewed individually.
MS Funding Alliance will provide donation acknowledgments when required by applicable law and may provide electronic receipts through its fundraising or payment platforms. Donors are responsible for retaining their donation records. Contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law; donors should consult a qualified tax professional regarding their individual circumstances.
5. Use of Website and Content
Unless otherwise indicated, original content created by or for MS Funding Alliance—including text, logos, graphics, downloadable materials, program documents, and educational resources—is owned by or licensed to MS Funding Alliance and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owner.
Visitors may view, download, or print MS Funding Alliance materials for personal, informational, and non-commercial use, provided that the materials are not altered and all copyright or ownership notices remain intact.
Without prior written permission, users may not reproduce, modify, sell, publish, distribute, commercially exploit, or represent MS Funding Alliance content as their own. The MS Funding Alliance name, logo, and branding may not be used in a manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written authorization.
