How Our Programs Work Together

MS Funding Alliance’s programs are designed to address different needs within the chronic illness community.

The Emergency Assistance Program is being developed to help eligible individuals and families address qualifying urgent expenses. The Financial Resilience Micro Grant and Growth Grant programs are designed to support eligible entrepreneurs living with chronic illness at different stages of their business journey.

Through the Patient Empowerment and Education Program, MSFA may also offer educational resources, workshops, wellness sessions, and community-centered events as funding and organizational capacity allow.

Each program has its own purpose, eligibility requirements, application process, and funding availability. Participation in one program does not guarantee eligibility, priority consideration, or funding through another.

Together, these initiatives reflect MSFA’s commitment to financial stability, entrepreneurship, education, empowerment, and community support for people living with chronic illness.
